Ricardo is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in corporate legal advisory. He has focused his practice on corporate law, foreign investment, and construction and real estate law. He has advised clients in domestic and international transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions and complex contracts. He has also focused his practice on advising energy companies on the development, construction, and operation of energy parks.

Ricardo is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Chilean Bar Association.
