Pablo is part of the tax and corporate practices at Valdés & Munita. He focuses his professional practice on advising national and international clients on tax consulting, as well as corporate and individual planning and restructuring, both in Chile and abroad.

He also advises companies on the structuring and development of energy and infrastructure projects, as well as on the drafting of EPC, PPA, and O&M contracts. He has experience in real estate, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, and general corporate and commercial matters.
